Today, I’d like to focus on the question as to whether you are out of control or lacking self-control when you are speaking in tongues? Many people believe that when the Spirit comes upon you, you lose control. You cannot control whether you are speaking English Continue reading “Praying in Tongues: Out of Control?”→

Editor’s Note: This is a guest post from Ashley Brooks. Ashley is a 32-year-old stay-at-home mom. Ashley has been married to Lee for 10 years and they have a 9-year-old son. Ashley has a passion to see people healed of depression, suicide, rape and self-harm. And while Ashley is actively involved in her church now, this was not always the case. This is her story:

People of all ages find themselves doing things they ought not be doing. The real issue though, is that few people can bring themselves to admit it.
In this special series, I will unpack my testimony over a series of installments. This first installment features the incredible story of learning what the true meaning of grace is and
how it affected my life. This is real and raw, but feel free to share this with anyone who may need encouragement that God forgives people no matter how they run from Him.
